Direct Investments represents the investments in private companies on which Al-Murjan Holding has a management control. Most of the direct investments take place inside the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, including:




Al Kawther company plant based in Jeddah was established in 1979 on 19.000 M² and inaugurated by King Khaled Bin Abdulaziz. The company operates in the waste water treatment for the governmental field in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The company has accomplished many important projects such as Water desalination in Aramco and Al-Birak city.


Key Rent a Car

Key Rent a Car, established in 1982. It specializes in car rental in addition to its activity in the field operational lease. It has its own workshops for the maintenance of its private fleet of cars. Key Rent a Car is considered to be the largest company in terms of the number of its branches distributed all over the Kingdom.


United Ink

The United Ink Production Company, founded in 2002. Since its inception, the company has produced premium-publishing ink that is used in packing and packaging. It is considered to be one of the biggest ink producers in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the Middle East, dealing with very important customers including Terta Pack, Procter & Gamble and many others.



Balsam Healthcare and IT was founded in 1994 as a total IT and healthcare solution provider for government and private hospitals. Its flagship product is Oasis which was implemented in more than 50 hospitals in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, such as, Dr. Sulaiman Faqeeh Hosp. Ministry of Defense Hosp., Ministry of Health hospitals, King Abdulaziz Hosp. Balsam IT is an ISO certified Company.


Murjan Furniture

Al-Murjan Modern Furniture, one of the biggest furniture companies in the Kingdom. Established in 2010, the company is the exclusive dealer of many European brands such as IDdesign, Kare, Pardor and Holsta group. It has a huge showroom in Riyadh, and it has recently opened the world largest showroom for IDdesign in Jeddah on 7000 M², and aims at opening new showrooms in the Eastern Province and Madinah to reach 15000 M² total spaces of the showrooms within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.




C3 Compny

Outside the Kingdom, Al-Murjan Holding Company owns the C3 Company based in Dubai and licensed by the UAE Central Bank. C3 is a payroll service provider company dealing with a large number of international banks, and planning expanding its business all over the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, Qatar and many African countries.
